Word of Mouth Recruitment Incentive

We are so blessed to have a community full of parents who support our school and who are already very vocal recruiters for Bethany Academy. Thank you for partnering with us in growing our enrollment! We want to help you with this word-of-mouth process as you talk to your friends, neighbors and people at your church.

We have prepared a packet entitled “Bethany Academy…get to know us.” You can give this to interested families. This will give them more information and guide them in the steps toward making Bethany Academy their school.

We are offering you a $500 recruitment credit for each student you refer to Bethany Academy from April 1 through December 31, 2008 only. This credit is given in appreciation for your active recruitment efforts. It will be posted to your account after the new student has successfully completed one full quarter of the ’08-’09 school year. This applies to referrals of new families only.

Included in the packet:

Introduction letter

Bethany Academy DVD with parent and student testimonies

Informational flyer

Bethany Academy business card

These packets were sent home in elementary student’s Friday folders and mailed to secondary student’s homes. We encourage you to pick up more packets at the office as needed.

If we combine your enthusiasm with our great school, we will have a fantastic 2008-2009 school year!

KoAm Student Exchange Program

American host families volunteer to provide Korean American Education Alliance (KoAm) students with a place to sleep, meals, transportation, love, and a supportive home life. KoAm understands hosting a child carries with it certain expenses.

To show its appreciation for this generosity, KoAm provides each host family with an educational stipend of $300 and $150 pocket money each month of the academic year. KoAm also presents each host family with a cultural gift to express KoAm’s sincere gratitude for all host families do for their KoAm student.

Each KoAm student arrives with round-trip airline tickets and medical insurance. KoAm also pays for tuition and school fees for the duration of each child’s stay in the United States. KoAm will also cover any additional expenses incurred during the student’s stay with the host family. KoAm requires that each KoAm student have his/her own bed. KoAm also encourages that each KoAm student share a bedroom with a child of the same sex from the host family.

Please apply now for Fall 2008 and make a difference! Contact your school office or the KoAm area coordinator, Yu Soon Rondorf at 952-237-1903 (Cell), or 952-432-1836 (Home).
