Give to the Max Day – Giveathon

Late last night, Bethany Academy become aware of a very unique giving opportunity beginning from 8 am this morning, November, 17th, through 8 am tomorrow morning, November 18th.  The Minneapolis Foundation, St. Paul Foundation, and The Bush Foundation have pooled together $500,000 to match any donation going to a non-profit, charitable organization in Minnesota.  They are also incurring all transaction fee’s so 100% of each donation goes towards the charity of choice.

This promotion is intended to add support to non-profit organizations.  We have researched this promotion and it is legitimate. However, they will be taking the whole pool of donations and dividing out the $500,000 equally.  If you choose to participate on behalf of Bethany Academy, it is important to remember your donation has the potential to double but it is not guaranteed.
Bethany Academy is very thankful for the support of these Foundations that have come together on behalf of non-profits.  We also are very aware of how hard our families have been working in support of Bethany Academy.  (If you are wondering if our Auction proceeds would qualify, unfortunately they do not. Nothing is wrong with tryingJ)  If you are interested in participating in this program or for more information, please go to www.givemn.org .
